Welcome to The Log Cabin Lodge. Above all, we're looking forward to welcome you to our boutique guest lodge, located 7.2km from the center of our lovely and well-known Stellenbosch and nestled between wine and fruit farms, valleys, vineyards and mountains.The Log Cabin consists of 4 different, very uniquely themed bedrooms, each with its own on ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, and handmade furniture specific to it's theme. Fitted with Super King size beds and only the best Egyptian Cotton, you will experience luxury in a cozy, yet spacious atmosphere on your getaway; a rare experience. Our four rooms are The Pallet Room, The Barrel Room, The Cork Room and The Difference Room. Apart from the kitchenette in the rooms (providing everything you may need for your stay; a bar fridge, kettle, plunger, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and drinking water) there is also a main kitchen the guests of The Log Cabin are welcome use as they need, where everything is a little…bigger. The high roof lounge and communal entertainment area features a large indoor fireplace, to be used at your will, and flows onto large outdoor deck overlooking the Simonsberg and Stellenbosch mountain range, as well as the Devon Valley vineyards. On the outdoor deck we have large outdoor braai (barbeque), as well as a smaller mobile unit that can be moved to your desired location, like next to the pool. Some popular activities at the cabin include: laying back, relaxing, read a book, drink some of our well known wines, mountain biking and enjoying the life with beautiful scenery.
